I pulled out the last scoop of coffee from the can and I smiled! It was wonderful to realize that I stood there looking at the last scoop coming from a place of abundance!
It means I have been home long enough to use up a can of coffee before it got too old or stale. It means I have had a lot of time to drink my coffee while it’s still hot!
I also smiled because it reminded me of the day I was shopping with my boyfriend and I had planned ahead & purchased the new can before it was actually needed.
Also, at that moment I realized I’m lucky because my most pressing issue was pulling out the new can of coffee.
Lately I have been focused on living in the NOW much more, it’s truly all we have! Recognizing this has been very valuable. Which also led me to ponder the idea that often it takes A LOT of fertilizer to grow a beautiful garden!
Frequently IT IS about a matter of perspective. Pausing to take a closer look at what is happening. ONce we pause we can get a better understanding of how we can move forward in a better or different way.
I invite you to pause, take a deep breath and consider:
What are you grateful for today?
What can you appreciate in a new way?
Today, what would make you feel more abundant?
How can you focus on living in the NOW?
Really take a moment and see if answering these questions can help you re-calibrate & move in a more positive direction today!
